One thing is sure that Jaipur no longer gives you monotonous fine dining set ups.  With the mushroom growth of cafes in town, mark it with any new café  you will get ample choice to experiment with food and ambience both.  And, we at Jaipur Beat can never miss to introduce any such interesting place coming up in town. Here’s bringing to you our first hand experience of one such amazing place- ‘Jaipur adda’.

Have you ever wondered what Jaipur looked like from the terrace of a building at night? Where you could actually experience a little wind in your hair while oodles of mouth-watering food being served on your plate? Where you can actually have Khana Pina over some Gup Shup with friends?

The answer to all these questions lies in ‘Jaipur Adda’ that is perched on the top of the Nirvana Hometel Hotel at a busy juncture of Khasa Kothi Circle. The place is arranged over two floors (upper and lower deck) offering a spectacular terrace seating overlooking Country Inn Hotel and Suites and the Jaipur metro track.

Nicely dated décor with cheery setting of the fine wood furnishings and the amazing wall art give the space a quirky feel,  hence set this place apart from the usual cafés.

About Ambience-Indoor and Outdoor

The café promises a fabulous experience and the overall calm ambiance radiates positive vibes where you can simply get your drink and watch the sun going down the skyline and the sunrays actually peeping through the bamboo chick curtains.

Not just that, one can even take a roller coaster ride on time machine from Jaipur Adda, as your senses are soaked on one side experiencing the ecstasy of the moving metro and the busy roads of today’s modern Jaipur while on the contrary witness the magnificent Nahargarh Fort which is the reminiscence of the Jaipur’s royal times.

Not just its romantic ambience, the food here is equally good  in quality and price both.

About Food-Serves both veg and non veg!

If you are going with friends we suggest you to go for Beer Bucket. A big wooden barrel filled with plenty of ice is placed right next  to you and delectable Jar potatoes (roasted baby potatoes tossed in harissa sauce which is a spicy paste made out of hot chilli peppers and other spices) was just perfect to go with the spicy conversation among friends.

Out of the elaborate menu of Food and Drinks, we tried Tub of shots– some times be crazy and it’s real good fun to say cheers with shots of colors and sparkling lights.

We were keen on experimenting with something innovative. So we tried –Smacked cucumber, Sichuan peppercorn, garlic salad. A crispy snack is always welcome, on Chef’s recommendation we had ‘Karari Roti’- crispy large kadahi shaped roti sprinkled with olive oil and topped with chopped tomato onion. Other delights were the Bombay toast, Fried egg parsi influenced and also Zucchini, pineapple, carrot, raddish slaw red honey mustard, no doubt all the preparations surprised us.

best options to plan a get together with family & friends.
