Hello Jaipur!
Remember a month ago we introduced to you a new paradise for party lovers in the city –Club Trove. A place that offers a scintillating upscale nightclub experience to Jaipurites.
And now we are all set for a food and drinks review for you guys. Cause we know when we go out to party or to meet friends or to celebrate the only thing that matters the most is Food and Drinks. Right?
So, here we are!! Jaipur Beat giving the first hand review of trove rooftop café where one can simply indulge into the delights of Sundowners accompanied with scrumptious veg non veg starters whist listening to soothing live music. For those who are into serious clubbing they have a separate Club section where you must try the signature cocktails and veg –non veg finger food.
Club Trove/Restaurant/Café
Club
An exciting, and astonishingly well-designed club, Trove happens to set it just right in terms of space and ambiance. The lights are amazingly placed and it’s one of the first such concept we have seen in Jaipur. We just loved the chandelier made out of the same lights (note: filter applied b&w). The sound system is good with a balanced amount of bass, it’s certainly not ears cracking, and excellently balanced for you to dance the night away.
Restaurant
The ambiance is a bit different from what we are used to, the wooden walls, the asymmetrical wooden edges on the tables, the hanging seats, all add up to a great experience. The café is dimly lit, and you may have to stress your eyes a bit, on the other hand, there were ample heaters to keep you warm in chilly winters. The restaurant is on the ground floor, technically attached to the club, and, there is a beautiful garden attached to it too. The restaurant may end up being blasted by music as the club’s wall were not really ‘sound proof’.
Bar
A well-stocked bar is a plus for Trove, with the drinks happens to be served at all three spaces. The mock tails have a nice twist to them, and tastes good, while, it’s the cocktails, that shines brighter. The twist to cocktails makes them exclusive to Trove and they look so so good, all while tasting so amazing. The servers were nice and friendly and sure knew their stuff.

Food
The menu is sure ain’t short on options, which is a mix of Oriental, Asian, East Indian, and what not, it does seem like they tried to row too many boats at once. But they surely managed really well, and of course, didn’t drown. Even the menu is huge, everything we tasted, has that authentic taste while having a different touch, which seemingly, you wouldn’t find anywhere else.
Starters-
We tried Japaneese noodle salad, Hommos Jaipur way, pattal chaat, Corn water chestnut bag, and the Hommos Jaipur way and in non veg options steamed curry chicken momos was the highlight.

Kebabs & grill
They have some tantalizing options from their Kebabs & grill section- Ultimate Chicken Satay, Kurdish mutton kebab and Charmole sole fish skewer.

Pizza Lovers- Uncle Jack, Pepperonata, smoked chicken and salumi must try. Yes we tried a bite from each one of these.
Though we were almost full but looking at their preparations we don’t want to miss the dinner, which we planned to have at the rooftop café. After a bit of dancing and clubbing we were back for the final course 😀
We have never imagined that we will soon be trying the cuisines from the entire world in our platter but here it was- Indonesian Manchurian curry, Wild mushroom malaka curry, Burmeese Khao suey feats, Andhra bitter melon curry, khatti dal kurkuri bhindi, malai kofta curry.
Hold on this was just vegetarian section!!
In Non- veg- Malaysian mutton curry, Singapore fish curry, tollyygunge egg curry, Awadhi chicken biryani and GT road chicken curry, could easily guess that Chef has actually covered entire Grand Trunk road to discover such amazing cuisines. We’re truly glad!!
Making this very clear to all our fans, no matter how much you have already eaten, you’ve to make some space for the ultimate desserts. Missing those will be counted as a Sin. If not all, you must try Date almond cigar with pan mousse and cannoli baked yogurt.

So, if you actually want to indulge in world class cuisines whilst enjoying world class ambience and experience , think no more and head to Trove café!!
