Humanoid Service Robots, first time in Jaipur!

Jaipur is renowned for its cultural heritage, magnificent architecture all over the world and the list can go on and on. Many successful startups have sprung out of Jaipur. And yet another venture of Pink City has proved the talent which the city entails. Jaipur’s own company Club First introduced their Humanoid Service Robots Sona .5 and Sona 1.5 on June 16, 2019. The company proudly claims that they are the first to introduce such Robots in India, which does not follow a magnetic-path to reach its destination, and what makes you feel even better is that it is completely manufactured and designed in India itself. The unique feature of both the robots consists of its design, algorithms and it having a human-like spine, which is also first in the world (developed by Neelima Mishra CEO, Club First).

Bhuvnesh Mishra, Managing Director says that their journey started in 2013 and from that day there was no turning back. But this journey had its own ups and downs; the biggest challenge was to develop a navigation technology which will facilitate the robot in mapping the location like humans do, in order to reach their destination.

Sona .5 and Sona 1.5 though quite similar are different from each other in terms of some minor features like heights and weights. It works in the range of 60 meters and has 2 GB RAM and 8 GB of storage capacity which can be utilized as a mapping storage. The robot use wireless technology and auto-charges itself. It has various types of sensors like vision, ultrasonic, touch, laser and heat helps it adapt to its surroundings, the robots are completely harmless and developed as per the Conformity of European Standards.

IMG_20190616_193505_970 copy

Club First didn’t want to introduce a product that will force the industry to modify their ambiance according to the machine instead they wanted a machine that will adapt to work in any environment. Furthermore, they want that the technological market should not be owned by the foreign developers rather Indians should take initiative and work towards development of the country. Indigenous manufacturing not only adds to the development of the country but also makes replacement feasible. Club First assures you replacement of any parts of the robot. They wish to initiate the introduction of their robots with restaurants as it will provide a better interaction opportunity with the customer, in future they wish to extend their venture for army purpose, disaster management, hospitals as well as offices.

Jaipur Beat appreciates Club First’s initiative and hope they will inspire others to work towards innovative ideas for a brighter future and be welcoming to the change that will come with the new innovative technology.

8 Cool Escapes To Beat The Heat

Jaipur experience all the season in their extremes. With the temperature being 46 degrees Celsius the heat is unbearable. But we, Jaipurites know how to enjoy the best of both worlds, no matter how extreme it gets. Summers in Jaipur is the warmest times usually extending from April till July. But summer is also that time of the year when we can socialize, unwind and relax cause summertime is vacation time. Most of the schools are on break and colleges are mostly inactive. Therefore, as soon as summer approaches we all start making plans for the vacations, deciding the next spot we want to visit, relishing over all things cool or having a water gun fight with your pals. Ah, summer is fun. But we all know Jaipur can get all heated up during summers and if you staying in the city like us then Jaipur Beat will help you beat this heat with these cool escapes.

1. Pool Parties

A pool party is always a good idea in summers, the best place to chill around with your family and friends. Splashing water all over the place and dancing to your favourite beats. Pink City has quite a few options for all the party-loving Jaipurites.

2. World Trade Park a.k.a my second home

Experiencing an electricity cut, worry not. “World Trade Park hai na yarr…” you can go there chill or hang out with your squad, have food at the court and enjoy the window shopping in the air-conditioned malls for as long as you want.

3. Water Park

Water Parks are an entertaining place to enjoy your break with your family and friends, you can have fun on exciting rides and slides. Pink Pearl is one the most popular water park in Jaipur and even has India’s first water Disco, though in recent times more water parks have come up in the Pink City which means more fun, you can spend your weekends with your family and friends at a water park and relax.

4. Hawa Mahal

OK! So this is one of my favourites from my childhood. Jaipur is known for its heritage all over the world. Thousands of people visit it around the year. Hawa Mahal is the spot you cannot afford to miss be you’re a tourist or a localite. Here’s why, Hawa Mahal’s architectural feature allows cool air from the Venturi effect to pass through, thus making the whole area more pleasant during the high temperatures in summer.

Hawa mahal.jpg

5. Jal Mahal

Talking about heritage with cool escapes, you cannot skip the list without Jal Mahal. Walking past the ‘Paal’ of Jal Mahal is how you want your day to end as it not only furnishes the cool breeze but also provides a picturesque sight.

6. Staying home and lazing around

Since its summer you get a chance to stick to your lazy bed/sofa and play games on your mobiles and laptops as your parents would be scared to send you outside due to the loo. And the best part is you can stay in your pyjamas the whole day, cause no leaving home.

7. Relish over ice cream/cold drinks

Who can say no to ice cream/cold drinks in summers? What are you even talking about, I survive on ice cream/cold drinks in summer.

Ice cream parlours in Jaipur serves many inviting flavours. Jal Mahal Ice Cream Parlor has some refreshing options on their menu that will make your taste buds go gaga with joy.

8. The perfect excuse to run through sprinklers in the garden

Remember when you were a kid and use to play with water balloons, relive those moments, let the child inside you jump out and run through the water sprinklers till you are drenched. It’s one of the best things about summers.

The choice of items and the amount of inspiration is going to be simply iconic. This is an exclusive chance for Jaipurites to experience jewellery, art, and fashion, from all over the city. Reliving The Amazing Memories At Kanak Ghati, Jaipur.

Kanak Ghati is one place where we all, at one point of our lives has been to. In retrospect, Kanak Ghati was the no. 1 picnic spot for the school picnics as well as family picnics. The maintenance of the historical garden has been kept up to date by the government and the café in the park’s premises still serves good food. The feel of Kanak Ghati still remains the same but, the people are so caught up in their own lives’, they hardly get any time to revisit this beautiful garden.

IMG_9194.JPG

Kanak Ghati is also famously called Kanak Vrindavan, it is named so as it was constructed based on the Lord Krishna’s Vrindavan. The picturesque idols of Lord Krishna and the Gopis, surrounded by the beautiful flowers at Kanak Ghati brings alive the spirit of the playful God in the truest form.

IMG_9209.JPG

There are various scenes recreated around Kanak Ghati with idols of Lord Krishna. The construction of the garden dates back to more than 300 years when the idol of Lord Govind Dev Ji had to be shifted from Vrindavan. The temples in Kanak Ghati area were constructed to house the idol of Govind Dev Ji, but in 1716, the idol was shifted to the now called Govind Dev Ji Temple in City Palace area in Jaipur.

IMG_9178.JPG

The particular spot that Kanak Ghati is at, the valley below Nahargarh was specially chosen for its construction as it adds special grace to the majestic Nahargarh Fort, Jaigarh Fort, and the Jal Mahal Palace. If you are looking to explore the heritage of Jaipur, there’s no better place than the trio of palaces, Nahargarh, Jaigarh and Amer Palace.

IMG_9215.JPG

With very close proximity to the great palaces, Kanak Ghati is definitely a place to visit for a serene experience and the feel of Jaipur. The pools and fountains at the Ghati make sure the beauty of the Ghati remains extraordinary, and everyone in the family enjoys the getaway as much. As Jaipur is widely called, the Chotti Kashi, for the number of temples that it houses, Kanak Ghati adds another exciting layer of holiness and fun to the city of Jaipur.

IMG_9230.JPG

Kanak Ghati is a perfect full day escape from the hustle and bustle of daily lives we are so caught up in, the surrounding of Kanak Ghati make it the absolute serene garden in the city of Jaipur. The Ghati has a picturesque view of the great Aravalis and lies just below the valley of Nahargarh, there is certainly no other place with a view and location like this, in the entire world.
