We bring you a step closer to the glorious past and stories of our mighty rulers! After all the coronavirus pandemic isn’t stopping the Sawai Jaipur Awards from felicitating people for their commendable contribution. It will take place this year despite all the odds, but as a virtual extravaganza!
Every year, it recognizes the people who have contributed to society through their excellence in various fields. But, this year is a little more special with unveiling BUBBLES, a biography of Late His Highness Brigadier Maharaja Sawai Bhawani Singh MVC, of Jaipur. It will bring back fond memories to those who knew the Maharaja personally, and will inspire definitely the young!
There are 24 categories ranging from preservation of heritage, achiever in sports, medical science, bravery, excellence in traditional crafts, and much more. The name of the awards are based on erstwhile to present rulers of Jaipur and the categories are based on their qualities. Starting from Raja Dulha Rai Award for social work to Rajkumari Gauravi Kumari Award for a person with exemplary achievement in innovation with social impact; Sawai Jaipur Awards will honour individuals and organizations for achievements in their respective fields.
